To contribute in a manner that increases the loyalty
of the customers to ensure prompt, accurate and cost-efficient order
management.
Handle the orders, enquiries and complaints in a
consistent, fast, friendly, communicative manner in accordance to customer
needs and business Rules/Service.
Responsible for order entry and follow up &
dealing with all type of customer originated enquiries.
Shipment and documentation through assertive &
cooperative communication with sales/BU, supply chain, credit and regulatory.
Accuracy in managing customer orders, invoicing and
tracking prices, payment and delivery terms among other communications
Responsible that customer master data & customer’s
special instructions are correct & up-dated in BCPS/SAP
Maintain & timely update of prices in the ERP
system, with proper filing & tracking of quoted price lists.
Be in touch with the QIRP in a timely manner,
proactively monitor the development of complaint status in the system, notify
customers and sales until the end of the complaint to facilitate according to
sales, that customers are informed about investigation results, corrective
actions and close the complaint.

Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) to ensure compliance with Chemical
Control Regulations
With planning to ensure orders are according to
business lead time and stocking policy, with logistic to achieve a cost
effective logistics work-flow and on-time delivery

accounts receivable is at all times protected.
